A message from Maui’s mayor …
In House District 10, in West Maui, the number is actually way lower during the primary this year: 14.8%. The mayor’s office sent this image and the stats to me on Twitter.
@jdsutter this last election, the 2012 Primary. Maui County’s numbers were: 84,042 registered voters but only 25,702 voted for 30.6% turnout
